The record breaking mosque has the world’s tallest minaret of 265 m (870 ft) height and is the third largest mosque in the world. The prayer area holds a capacity of 120,000 people. Aside of a school and a library that can host 6000 people at a time. A set of a grand chandelier of 14 meters’ (46 ft) diameter accompanied with 90 chandeliers of a 1.4 meters’ (4.6 ft) diameter, & 300 lighting units are arranged inside & outside to light the spiritual site in a manner that highlights the mosques embellished details. A grand chandelier is descending from the dome to add beauty to the hall; 339,068 pieces of Swarovski crystals are used to adorn the middle chandelier of 14 meters’ (46 ft) diameter & 7.21 meter (23.7 ft) height. All of the chandeliers metallic parts are plated with 24K gold. Manufacturing the masterpiece required 2,500 hours of work & dedication.
